Current Vacancies

  • Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional required visits to our Teddington shared workspace.
    Contract: Temporary (24 hours/week, Monday to Thursday)
    Reports to: Managing Director

    Marval is a fast-growing global software company delivering industry-leading service management software solutions. We’re expanding and we’re looking for a highly organised, confident PA / Admin & Sales Assistant to support our Managing Director and Sales team.

    If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy variety and love making things run smoothly, this is a role where you’ll have real impact from day one.

     

    What You’ll Do:

    • Provide PA and administrative support to the MD and senior leadership

    • Manage diaries, schedules, travel, correspondence and meeting preparations

    • Support the sales team with admin tasks, documentation, CRM updates and follow-ups

    • Liaise confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders

    • Prepare reports, presentations and documentation

    • Handle inbox management, reminders and note-taking

    • Maintain records, data entry and general organisation

    • Assist with events, logistics and operational coordination

    • Act as a highly professional first point of contact for leadership

     

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Experience as a PA, admin assistant or sales support (1–2 years ideal but not essential)

    • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Excellent communication skills (written, spoken and interpersonal)

    • Natural problem solving ability and confidence to challenge when needed

    • Impressive organisation, accuracy and attention to detail

    • Ability to work independently with discretion and confidentiality

    • A proactive, positive and professional approach

    • Strong rapport building skills across teams and functions
