Lead successful customer projects from concept to completion

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of customer projects across our software and professional services portfolio.

You'll work closely with customers, consultants, developers and internal stakeholders to manage timelines, resources, risks and expectations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest standards.

We're looking for someone who has:

Proven project management experience within a software or technology environment

Strong organisational and planning skills

Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

A commercial mindset and customer-focused approach

The ability to solve problems and drive projects forward

Experience of software implementation projects, Agile methodologies, PRINCE2 or ITIL would be beneficial.

What We're Looking For

Essential

At least 3 years' experience in Project Management

Experience within SaaS, Enterprise Software, Managed Services (MSP) or a similar technology environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers and C-suite executives.

Self-motivated with excellent organisational and relationship-building skills.

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team and play a key role in shaping the future of Marval's industry-leading Service Management platform.

About the Role

As Product Manager, you'll take ownership of a key area of our product roadmap from concept through to launch and continuous improvement.

You'll work closely with Development, Customer Success, Sales and other stakeholders to understand customer challenges, prioritise opportunities and deliver features that make a real difference. This is a hands-on role where you'll be encouraged to challenge assumptions, make informed decisions and help shape both our products and the way we work.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritisation through to delivery and ongoing enhancement.

Engage with customers and internal teams to understand business challenges and identify opportunities.

Create clear product requirements and user stories that enable successful delivery.

Work alongside Development to make informed product decisions and balance customer value with technical considerations.

Analyse customer feedback and product data to drive roadmap priorities.

Communicate product direction, roadmap updates and delivery progress across the business.

Contribute to the continued evolution of our product management practices and culture.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

Has experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software.

Has a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM) or Service Management.

Enjoys solving problems and asking the right questions.

Is comfortable working flexibly and in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve.

Can confidently collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.

Makes decisions using customer insight, data and commercial awareness.

Takes ownership and enjoys turning ideas into successful products.

Experience with no-code or low-code platforms, Agile development and working with global customer bases would be an advantage.
