This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with customers to understand business challenges, design solutions and deliver successful software implementations.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping organisations improve their service management capabilities through consultancy, configuration, implementation and best practice guidance.

Wea are looking for people who have:

Experience implementing enterprise software solutions

Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL principles

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

A passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes

Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions

Experience with Marval MSM, ITSM tools, software implementation or consultancy environments would be highly advantageous.

We're looking for people who have:

Strong software development experience

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience with C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript and SQL Server

A passion for clean, scalable and maintainable code

Experience working within Agile development environments

A collaborative approach and desire to continuously learn

Experience with software architecture, distributed systems, mobile development, REST APIs or cloud technologies would be advantageous.
