Contract: Temporary (24 hours/week, Monday to Thursday)

Marval is a fast-growing global software company delivering industry-leading service management software solutions. We’re expanding and we’re looking for a highly organised, confident PA / Admin & Sales Assistant to support our Managing Director and Sales team.

What You’ll Do:

Provide PA and administrative support to the MD and senior leadership

Manage diaries, schedules, travel, correspondence and meeting preparations

Support the sales team with admin tasks, documentation, CRM updates and follow-ups

Liaise confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders
-
Prepare reports, presentations and documentation
-
Handle inbox management, reminders and note-taking
-
Maintain records, data entry and general organisation
-
Assist with events, logistics and operational coordination
-
Act as a highly professional first point of contact for leadership
What You’ll Bring:

Experience as a PA, admin assistant or sales support (1–2 years ideal but not essential)

Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent communication skills (written, spoken and interpersonal)

Natural problem solving ability and confidence to challenge when needed

Impressive organisation, accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work independently with discretion and confidentiality

A proactive, positive and professional approach
