Marval 2025 Wrapped: A Year of Simplification and Growth

2025 was the year of simplification at Marval. Check out our annual "Wrapped" report to see how we supported our global community.

As we close out 2025, we’re taking a moment to look back at Marval’s 36th year. This year hasn't just been about celebrating our legacy as co-authors of ITIL; it’s been about delivering powerful, real-world service management solutions and deepening our connection with our global community.


Here is the data that defined our 2025 journey.


Product and Development

Our product roadmap this year focused on making complex enterprise needs easier to manage.

  • 6 major MSM releases: We maintained a rapid pace of innovation, ensuring our platform remains modern, secure, and at the cutting edge of the industry.

  • Strategic offerings: We introduced new modules for Integrations, Projects, and iPaaS, providing the tools necessary for modern, interconnected business environments.

  • Integrating the future: Our development team added 16 new integrations to our platform and launched the Teams Chatbot and Self-Service Chatbot, bringing support directly into the flow of work.

  • Modern licensing: We successfully migrated several UK and European customers to multi-year subscription contracts, cementing long-term partnerships and shifting away from legacy perpetual models.


Professional Services and Projects

Our team stayed busy ensuring our customers were set up for success through upgrades and optimisations.

  • 32 Service Improvement projects: Focused on driving excellence across every department.

  • 33 MSM upgrades: Keeping our customer base current, secure, and running on the latest features.

  • Continuous support: From health checks and training courses to migrations and internal projects, we remained committed to keeping our customers' systems running at peak performance.


Commercial Growth

The numbers speak for themselves – Marval is growing faster than ever.

  • 104% surge in Professional Services: We more than doubled our billing in PSO compared to 2024, reflecting a massive demand for our consultancy and expertise.

  • 37.5% licensing growth: Existing customers continue to scale their Marval footprint, showing high trust and platform stickiness.

  • New partnerships: We are thrilled to welcome two major new partnerships scheduled to launch their transformation projects in early 2026.


Service Desk

Our own Service Desk leads by example, delivering support that hits the mark every time.

  • SLA compliance: We are proud to maintain industry-leading resolution rates:

    • 91%of incidents solved within SLA.

    • 94%of service requests solved within SLA.


Global Reach and Community Buzz

The Marval community has never been more engaged. From Sweden to Australia, we are connecting with users everywhere.


Digital Footprint (Since August)

  • 1.5k+ active users visited our brand-new website.

  • Global reach: Our top visitors came from the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and India.

  • Brand awareness: Over 78% of users found us through direct or organic search, proving that the Marval name is stronger than ever.

Social & Email Engagement

  • LinkedIn growth: We saw a 300% increase in content impressions and welcomed 808 new followers, bringing our total community to 3,130.

  • Email success: Our recent campaigns saw over 4,000 emails being sent across the community.

Events & Webinars

  • 3 rounds of customer webinars: We shared insights and best practices throughout the year.

  • December milestone: Our final session of the year was our largest ever, with over 100 participants.

  • On the road: We were proud to sponsor and exhibit at SITS 2025 and ITSMF Australia, and hosted a dedicated customer event in Sweden.

Marval Connect and Content

Our community platform, Connect, has become a thriving hub for knowledge sharing.

  • 710 contributions: Our members are actively shaping the future of the platform.

  • Active experts: 113 members (including 53 regular contributors) are driving the conversation.

  • Multimedia launch: We expanded our reach with new content across our website and our brand-new YouTube Channel.


Looking Ahead to 2026

As we look toward the new year, our goal remains simple: to continue providing pragmatic, powerful service management that puts people and processes first.
